Day 2 and welcome to it. I was hungry yesterday afternoon, but that went away pretty quickly. Made another batch of juice, and prepared for today. I have decided that I do not like celery juice.
Did not sleep well, but feel pretty good today. Had pineapple and apple juice, didn't really want it, but drank it anyway along with a big glass of water.
I think that I am putting too many ingredients in my juice. I cut down on the different things in my lunch juice that I made and left out the celery altogether. It tastes better, but seems like it needs something.....salt? Is that allowed? Will have to research.
